3. Can I wear the patches at night?

Yes! Many users apply the patches before going to sleep. This way, the patch works overnight and you wake up ready to start your day.

4. Are the patches visible under clothing?

No, the patches are completely discreet and invisible under clothing. You can wear them during the day without anyone noticing.
